Abstract
Complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) management includes specific detail with concurrent, interdependent, and sequentrial increments. We assesed with totally resistant CRPS type 2 who remain in severe pain and disability despite all other therapies. Among one of the them operated low thoracic specify spinal cord stimulation (SCS). A 77-year-female patient had spinal cord injury after vertebroplasty, severe both legs pain and CRPS symtoms were developed. All treatment was not effective for her, she received low thoracic spinal cord stimulation operation. Her symptom was improved from visual analogue scale (VAS) 10 to VAS 2. Spinal cord stimulation is very effective for intractable CRPS patients.
